Dan Hough is a highly experienced programme and portfolio leader with more than 20 years of expertise delivering complex business transformation, operational improvement and large-scale technology programmes across the retail, automotive, telecoms, manufacturing, utilities and enterprise IT sectors. 

Having led multi-million programmes (£'s/$'s) for organisations including Claranet, BT, BBC, BP, KPMG, TUI, EE and T-Systems/Deutsche Telekom, Dan brings deep experience across the full project delivery lifecycle, from PMO governance through to strategic portfolio leadership. 

He is recognised for simplifying complexity, recovering failing programmes and designing efficient delivery environments that improve performance, reduce cost and rebuild stakeholder confidence.

Throughout his career, Dan has successfully delivered and transformed major cloud, infrastructure, data centre and application migration programmes while leading international teams and working closely with senior stakeholders up to CxO level. 

His approach combines strong operational discipline with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style, enabling him to integrate seamlessly into delivery teams while maintaining strategic oversight. Dan has consistently been trusted to restructure portfolios, improve governance, implement Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, and create operational efficiencies that accelerate delivery outcomes while improving customer and team engagement.
